Both apartments are close to each other, their terraces are only some 10 metres apart; together they can accommodate 11 people. Both houses are just a five-minute walk from the summer and winter baths.

The bath entrance tickets can be bought at reduced prices from the reception desk.

Rent is negotiable and depending on the time of the year and cleaning requirements.

When renting both houses at the same time, a discount is offered.

Apartment 1 was renovated in 2019 and has two floors. The upper floor contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. Downstairs there are a hall, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. The living room has an exit to the terrace with a large table, corner bench and chairs. The house is equipped with air conditioning, floor heating and electric radiators. There is one parking space in front of the house and another at the side of the apartment. Nearby apartment there are many children’s playgrounds, mini golf, children’s “casino”, restaurants, etc.
